Embody the six principles of Embodiology that leads to a fluency with improvisation
Engage in daily practice for 6 hours includes working with musicians, the local environment, lectures by Dr S. Ama and guest practitioners
Perform in two locations as a final outcome of the learning process.

Embrace an active mindful practice of Dynamic Rhythm
Examine integrative rhythmic spatial relationships. Exploration of musical forms to increase rhythmic acuity

Simultaneously build rigor and joy into your advanced improvisation practiceIntegrate use of voice and motion
Scaffold a pathway to integrate intuition, imagination and emotions
Translate processors of improvisation into generation of choreography
